Hey, you guys... :)

I know it's been a really long time since I updated, and I really want to! I've been on vacation for the past two months...just been plain lazy more than anything else. :) And I got a new job, so I'm going to be starting that next month!

BUT this doesn't mean that I'm abandoning Starlit Designs. There will be more updates, so bear with me, okay?

I keep taking these unofficial "hiatus" breaks when I don't mean to! But it's been maddeningly busy the past few months. Fortunately, my exams got over this week and I now have a month off, so I'm back!

I've had a lot of ideas for brushes, textures and icons (what with Halloween coming up) and it annoyed me no end that I didn't have the time to carry them out.

Anyway, we're back in business now, so expect a lot of stuff soon! :)

I had myself a free Sunday evening, so I decided to write a tutorial. :) This one teaches you how to get a nice golden glow for all your 'people' icons, and sharpens them up, too. :)

*breaks hiatus* Well, that certainly took too long. :)

The past few months were really crazy, I honestly had NO time to update. My exams got over last month, and my vacations are now on, but I was feeling incredibly lazy, which was why I didn't update earlier. Also, because of the server issues I had been having, I knew I had to upload EVERYTHING again, and it just seemed like such a tiresome task. But I knew I had to do it sometime...and I did! Today, in fact. :) Sat a few solid hours and uploaded all my previous brush sets and textures onto my brand-new Deviantart account. No more of those silly file-sending services that suddenly expire (or disappear for mysterious reasons).

So, it's all back! Go through the memories, check the tags, or simply use the menu to the right. :)

I also made three new texture sets which I shall be posting in a bit.

I'm "officially" on hiatus, because real life is catching up to me. :P
